How to Make Coconut Flour Pizza Crust
- Preheat oven to 425'F
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
- Line a cookie tray with parchment paper you've cut in a circle to match the size of the pizza.
- With wet fingers spread the pizza crust out onto the parchment. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add your "cooked toppings". Sprinkle the top with your favourite cheese and return the pizza to the oven to let the cheese melt. Keep an eye on it, shouldn't take more than 5 minutes or so, depending on the oven.
- Remove when done and let it sit for a moment or two. Using a pizza cutter slice it up and dig in. This is very tasty and really hits the spot.
