coconut flour pizza crust
This dough is rather crumbly so its best if you shape it as you might a pizza. The crust and toppings are pre-cooked. Once the toppings are cook and the dough is cooked, put the toppings on the cooked crust, sprinkle with cheese and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese. Keep an eye on it as you don't want to over cook the crust. I found this to be a very delicous tasting pizza.

How To Make coconut flour pizza crust
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 425'F
-
Step 2Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
-
Step 3Line a cookie tray with parchment paper you've cut in a circle to match the size of the pizza.
-
Step 4With wet fingers spread the pizza crust out onto the parchment. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add your "cooked toppings". Sprinkle the top with your favourite cheese and return the pizza to the oven to let the cheese melt. Keep an eye on it, shouldn't take more than 5 minutes or so, depending on the oven.
-
Step 5Remove when done and let it sit for a moment or two. Using a pizza cutter slice it up and dig in. This is very tasty and really hits the spot.

Step 6Enjoy!
