Ingredients
- 1 can 14 oz pastene chick peas
- 4 tablespoons pastene pure olive oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 can 14 oz pastene italian tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make ceci (chickpea) delight

Step 1Heat Pastene Pure Olive Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2When hot, saute onion and garlic until golden.

Step 3Add Pastene Italian tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Step 4Add Pastene Chick Peas and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes longer. They don't mention draining the liquid, so I would add that also.

Step 5Season with salt and pepper. Best served hot.
