My Grandaughter gave me this recipe it is so delish shess a diabetic and she can eat this with out it affecting her also it is so healthy ,Gluten free low carb enough to be enjoyed even on the Adkins diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked riced cauliflower
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 half teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon oregno
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1 small jar pizza sauce any brand

How To Make cauliflower pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stck spray. In a medium bowl, combine cato the crust add cliflower, egg and mozzarella. Press evenly on the pan. Sprinkle with fennel, oregno and parsley. Bake at 450 degrees for1 12-15 minitues 15-20 if you double the recipe. Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust add sauce , then toppings of your choise (such as pepornia mushrooms ect) if you desire then cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
