I just love pizza!! And im trying to cut down calories and carbs when I can. I found many low carb recipes using cauliflower, and when I came across pizza, well I was in!!!! This is delish and takes care of my love and craving for pizza!!

Ingredients

  • 1 - head cauliflower cut into tiny pieces
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup mozz or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons dried italian seasonings
  • - pizza sauce
  • - pizza toppings of your choice

How To Make cauliflower crust pizza

  • Step 1
    Microwave chopped cauliflower til cooked about 5-8 min. In bowl combine cauliflower, eggs and cheeses. Spread on pizza pan and sprinkle with italian herbs. Bake in 450 oven for 17-20min.
  • Step 2
    Top with sauce and pizza toppings and broil til toppings are bubbly. Let sit for five min before cutting.

    I'm thinking about this for my grandaughters.
