I just love pizza!! And im trying to cut down calaries and carbs when I can. I found many low carb recipes useing cauliflower, and when I came across pizza, well I was in!!!! This is delish and takes care of my love and craving for pizza!!

Ingredients

  • 1
    head cauliflower cut into tiny pieces
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    mozz or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    dried italian seasonings
  • ·
    pizza sauce
  • ·
    pizza toppings of your choice

How to Make Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Microwave chopped cauliflower til cooked about 5-8 min.
    In bowl combine cauliflower, eggs and cheeses.
    Spread on pizza pan and sprinkle with italian herbs.
    Bake in 450 oven for 17-20min.
  2. Top with sauce and pizza toppings and broil til toppings are bubbly. Let sit for five min before cutting.
  3. I'm thinking about this for my grandaughters.
