This is one of my all-time favorite white pizzas, because of the ricotta it has a creamy, cheesy base and is actually healthy.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch broccoli-rabe
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried roseamry, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 - 10 oz boboli pizza crust, i used whole wheat
How To Make broccoli-rabe white pizza

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ olive oil cookine spray. Place oven rack in lowest position. In bowl, mix together ricotta and parmesan cheeses.

Step 2Rinse and dry the broccoli-rabe. Cut into 2"-pieces. In lg skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic 1 min. Add broccoli-rabe, salt, rosemary and red pepper flakes. Cook until broccoli-rabe is tender.

Step 3Sprinkle mozzarella chees evenly over pizza crust. Spread broccoli-rabe mix over mozzarella cheese. Drop rounded tbsp of ricotta mix over broccoli. Bake 10 mins, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
