Ingredients
- 1 box quinoa pasta
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 5-6 large fresh kale, chopped (leaves)
- 5-6 large mshrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup cashews, unsalted
- 8-10 - garlic colves
- 1/2 cup water

Step 3In a blender, add cashews, garlic, and cover with water, Blend on high for one minute or until it is completely blended to a creamy consistency.
