This is my favorite Kale Recipe. And the Alfredo sauce is oh so good FOR YOU!

Ingredients

  • 1 box quinoa pasta
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 5-6 large fresh kale, chopped (leaves)
  • 5-6 large mshrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup cashews, unsalted
  • 8-10 - garlic colves
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make braised kale over quinoa pasta (alfredo)

  • Step 1
    Boil Pasta according to package instructions
  • Step 2
    Heat coconut oil in skillet, add sliced mushrooms and chopped kale, toss until wilted, add a teaspoon of water and cover...
  • Step 3
    In a blender, add cashews, garlic, and cover with water, Blend on high for one minute or until it is completely blended to a creamy consistency.
