Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds hot italian sausage, cubed.
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2/3 cup chopped green peppers
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 16oz cans tomatoes, stewed italian-style
- 2 8oz cans tomatoe juce
- 1 pound chinese sausage
- 1 medium zucchini chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms,your choice
- 1 10oz cans beef stock
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 cup grated parmesan and romano cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, light
How To Make bob's sausage-n-cheese for the dutch oven.

Step 1In a large cast iron Dutch oven add oil then cook bacon till crisp. Remove with slotted spoon. break up and set a side.. Now add sausage and cook till no longer pink.. Add onions, peppers, and garlic.. Cover and cook till tender. 10-15 minutes.

Step 2Uncover and add every thing except the cheese.. Heat and stir on med heat for about 30 minutes.. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese. cover the top with remaining cheese. cover and heat till cheese melts.. I serve this over cooked brown rice..
