This is some thing I have been working on for a wile. I got it to were I am very happy with it. So I wanted to share this with my friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds hot italian sausage, cubed.
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2/3 cup chopped green peppers
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 16oz cans tomatoes, stewed italian-style
  • 2 8oz cans tomatoe juce
  • 1 pound chinese sausage
  • 1 medium zucchini chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms,your choice
  • 1 10oz cans beef stock
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated parmesan and romano cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, light

How To Make bob's sausage-n-cheese for the dutch oven.

  • Step 1
    In a large cast iron Dutch oven add oil then cook bacon till crisp. Remove with slotted spoon. break up and set a side.. Now add sausage and cook till no longer pink.. Add onions, peppers, and garlic.. Cover and cook till tender. 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Uncover and add every thing except the cheese.. Heat and stir on med heat for about 30 minutes.. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese. cover the top with remaining cheese. cover and heat till cheese melts.. I serve this over cooked brown rice..
