This is a YUMMY healthy and quick pasta dish that my family enjoys. You can add grilled chicken, meatless meatballs/ turkey meatballs, or any vegetable to make it your new favorite pasta dish.

How to Make Amber's Healthy Pasta


  • 1Rinse and drain tofu shirataki noodles. In glass or micro-wave safe bowl place noodles in small amount of water and cook for 8-10 mins.
  • 2In large pot place broccoli and cook for about 5-10 mins on low to med heat (careful not to burn or brown broccoli).
  • 3After broccoli is almost tender add diced tomatoes,tomato sauce, tomato paste, onions, peppers, and spices. Cook for about 5-10 mins on med-high heat.
  • 4Once noodles have cooked in the micro-wave for 8-10 mins, drain and add them to the sauce mixture and cook for at least 10-15 mins on med-high heat(careful not to burn).
