This is a YUMMY healthy and quick pasta dish that my family enjoys. You can add grilled chicken, meatless meatballs/ turkey meatballs, or any vegetable to make it your new favorite pasta dish.

Ingredients
- 2 packages tofu shirataki noodle
- 1 can tomato sauce, no-salt added
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 1 small tomato paste, no salt added
- 1 package broccoli, frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen green peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen onions, diced
- 1 pinch basil, dried
- 1 pinch oregano, dried
- 1 pinch rosemary, dried
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
How To Make amber's healthy pasta

Step 1Rinse and drain tofu shirataki noodles. In glass or micro-wave safe bowl place noodles in small amount of water and cook for 8-10 mins.

Step 2In large pot place broccoli and cook for about 5-10 mins on low to med heat (careful not to burn or brown broccoli).

Step 3After broccoli is almost tender add diced tomatoes,tomato sauce, tomato paste, onions, peppers, and spices. Cook for about 5-10 mins on med-high heat.

Step 4Once noodles have cooked in the micro-wave for 8-10 mins, drain and add them to the sauce mixture and cook for at least 10-15 mins on med-high heat(careful not to burn).
