Ingredients

  • ·
    2 1/2 cups flour
  • ·
    1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ·
    1 package dry active yeast
  • ·
    1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons oil
  • ·
    3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • ·
    12 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
  • ·
    1 3/4 oz slices of pepperoni (about 25)
  • ·
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • ·
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Amazing Pepperoni Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 12x9 sheet. Mix together flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in yeast. Make a hole in the center of flour mixture. Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 cup lukewarm water in the center of flour. Mix until a soft dough forms. Turn dough out on a lightly floured surfaceand knead gently for 5 minutes. Roll out dough and press into prepared sheet. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Then bake 5-7 minutes. Top with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons oil and bake 15-20 minutesor until golden brown.
