This is a crowd pleaser. It readily adapts to most dietary issues. You may tweak it for your own taste. For instance, a chopped jalepeno or two, gives it a little kick. For carnivores, add bacon. Feel free to substitute or add to this to make it your own. My daughter swears adding black olives makes this amazing! I hope you enjoy it too.

Ingredients For simply quiche

  • 6
    eggs
  • 6 Tbsp
    sour cream, fat-free
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce (may use vegetarian)
  • 1 sm
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    handful fresh basil, chopped, or 2 tb. dried basil
  • 1
    handful fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 c
    baby porte bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 7-8
    grape tomatoes, quartered
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    pie crust of your choosing

How To Make simply quiche

  • 1
    Pre heat oven to 350, prepare pie crust.
  • 2
    Beat first three ingredients together, until creamy. Add to pie crust. Then add other ingredients in order given.

    Place in oven, bake for 35 minutes, or until golden. Take from oven, and let rest 5 minutes before cutting. Then serve.
