Ingredients
- - put under the broiler 1 minute
- 1 - pocket pita bread
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon green onion optional
- 6 - mushrooms cut up
- - oil ,vinegar,water, and make mustard vinegarette
- - for a minute till cheese is bubbly
- 1 - avocado sliced optional

Step 1The ingredients you will need is a pita, sprouts, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, green onion and avocado optional.

Step 2Place the pita on a cutting board and cut in half. Add the cheese, sprouts, and mushrooms.

Step 3Place the pita in the broiler for 3 minutes.

Step 4Cheese must be bubbly and pita crispy.

Step 5Add mustard, oil, water, and vinger to make a vinegarette in a bowl and serve. Add avacodo optional.
