Ingredients

  • - put under the broiler 1 minute
  • 1 - pocket pita bread
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon green onion optional
  • 6 - mushrooms cut up
  • - oil ,vinegar,water, and make mustard vinegarette
  • - for a minute till cheese is bubbly
  • 1 - avocado sliced optional

How To Make grilled pita, cheddar, sprouts,& mushrooms

  • Step 1
    The ingredients you will need is a pita, sprouts, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, green onion and avocado optional.
  • Step 2
    Place the pita on a cutting board and cut in half. Add the cheese, sprouts, and mushrooms.
  • Step 3
    Place the pita in the broiler for 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Cheese must be bubbly and pita crispy.
  • Step 5
    Add mustard, oil, water, and vinger to make a vinegarette in a bowl and serve. Add avacodo optional.
