    1% milk
  • 2 c
    crushed cornflakes cereal
  • 4 slice
    thick bread, cut into thirds
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • ·
    warmed maple syrup

How to Make Kids' easy french toast sticks


  1. In lg shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Place the crushed cornflakes in another shallow bowl.
  2. Dip each piece of bread into egg mix, making sure to soak it good. Then gently press the bread slice into the cereal, coating both sides.
  3. Melt butter in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook the bread slices on both sides until golden. They then can dip the sticks into the warm syrup, yum!
