1unbaked 9" pie shell
1 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1 creduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
1/2 creal brand bacon bits
1 cfat-free milk
1 tsponion powder
1/4 tspground nutmeg
How to Make Easy lower-fat quiche lorraine
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Place pie shell into pan.
- In medium bowl, combine both cheeses. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese mix into bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle bacon bits over cheese. Then sprinkle w/ remaining cheese.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion powder and pepper. Mix well. Pour milk mix over ingredients in pie shell. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg. place pie pan on lg baking sheet. Bake 45 min, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
