Yummy Basil Shrimp
2 1/2 Tbspolive oil
1/4 cbutter, melted
3 Tbsplemon juice
1 Tbspdijon mustard
3 Tbspbasil, dried
·salt to taste
3 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined
How to Make Yummy Basil Shrimp
- Preheat grill to high heat. In a glass dish or bowl, mix together olive oil and melted butter. Whisk in lemon juice, mustard, basil, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for no more than 15 mins.
- Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers. Discard marinade
- Lightly oil grill grate, and arrange skewers on preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes, turning once, or until opaque.
