Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/4 c
butter, melted
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
3 Tbsp
basil, dried
3 clove
garlic
salt to taste
3 lb
shrimp, peeled and deveined
skewers

How to Make Yummy Basil Shrimp

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat grill to high heat. In a glass dish or bowl, mix together olive oil and melted butter. Whisk in lemon juice, mustard, basil, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  • 2Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for no more than 15 mins.
  • 3Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers. Discard marinade
  • 4Lightly oil grill grate, and arrange skewers on preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes, turning once, or until opaque.
