Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons basil, dried
- 3 cloves garlic
- - salt to taste
- 3 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- - skewers
How To Make yummy basil shrimp

Step 1Preheat grill to high heat. In a glass dish or bowl, mix together olive oil and melted butter. Whisk in lemon juice, mustard, basil, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for no more than 15 mins.

Step 3Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers. Discard marinade

Step 4Lightly oil grill grate, and arrange skewers on preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes, turning once, or until opaque.
