- - **mrs. dash original blend
- - **egg, or substitute
- - **walnuts or pecans, crushed
- - **tomato, diced
- - **mushrooms, sliced or diced
- - **olive oil
How To Make walnut encrusted salmon

Step 1Dry salmon with paper towel. Beat egg. Dip salmon in egg, season with favorite spices, and dip in crushed nuts, gently pat to help the nuts adhere.

Step 2Cook with tomato and mushrooms in small amount of olive oil for 4-5 min per side.
