Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 4 - tilapia fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make walnut-crusted tilapia

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, toast walnuts for 5 minutes.

Step 2Stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Brush tilapia with mustard mixture, then sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Press chopped walnuts onto top side of each fillet.

Step 3Place tilapia on baking sheet; bake @ 425 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Enjoy!
