1/4 c
chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp
light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
4
tilapia fillets
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1/8 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper

How to Make Walnut-Crusted Tilapia

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 425. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, toast walnuts for 5 minutes.
  • 2Stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Brush tilapia with mustard mixture, then sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Press chopped walnuts onto top side of each fillet.
  • 3Place tilapia on baking sheet; bake @ 425 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
