Tuna Veggie Wraps are a delicious version of the simple tuna sandwich! I used my favorite brand of tuna, Chicken Of The Sea Chunk Light Tuna in water, fresh tomatoes, fresh sweet peppers and a tiny bit of mayo all wrapped up in yummy Spinach Herb tortillas! This is a high protein, low fat lunch or light dinner with heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids! Try this today!

Ingredients For tuna veggie wraps

  • 3 can
    tuna, packed in water, drained (chicken of the sea chunk light tuna)
  • 2 lg
  • 5 md
    multi colored sweet peppers
  • 1/3 c
  • 4 md
    spinach and herb flour tortillas, 8"
  • 4 lg
    garlic stuffed green olives
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro, fresh

How To Make tuna veggie wraps

    Drain tuna and place in a large bowl. Chop tomatoes and peppers; add to tuna. Mix with mayonnaise. Place 1 cup of tuna salad in the center of each tortilla.  Fold ends up and sides in.  Secure with an olive skewered toothpick.  Garnish with cilantro.  Serves 4
