bread roll
1 can(s)
light tuna
4-5 sprig(s)
fresh thyme
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
juice from half a lemon
4
capers
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
chopped green onions
handful fresh spinach, roughly chopped
2 slice
tomato, diced
2 Tbsp
feta cheese, crumbled, low-fat
pinch
just a pinch of pepper

How to Make Tuna Thyme Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut roll in half and hollow out the insides (better to hold your filling and less carbs!). Set aside.
  • 2Drain tuna. In one bowl, mix together tuna, lemon juice, pepper and 2 capers. Take leafletts of thyme off the stems and mix those in, too.
  • 3In another bowl, mix mayo, spinach, tomatoes, 2 capers, green onions, feta cheese and soy sauce.
  • 4Scoop tuna into bread, then top with spinach mayo mix. Enjoy!
