i BELIEVE THAT I FIRST HAD THIS DISH YEARS AGO AT RED LOBSTER, I WENT HOME AND RE-CREATED IT TO MY TASTE. THIS IS A FAVORITE WITH MY FAMILY AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT! I DO NOT USE MEASUREMENTS WHEN COOKING,SO USE YOU OWN JUDGEMENT WITH THIS.

Ingredients
- 4 LG BAKING POTATOES
- 2 cans water packed tuna,drained
- 1 can crm of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup real mayonaise, not salad dressing
- 1 can mushrooms,sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic or powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margerine,melted
- 1/4 cup bacon bits(optional)
How To Make tuna stuffed baked potatoes

Step 1WASH POTATOES THOROUGHLY. PAT DRY AND OIL SKINS. (WE LIKED TO EAT THE SKINS SO I MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEANED). POKE HOLES IN POTATOES AND BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR APPROX 45 MINUTES. SAUTE ONION AND CELERY IN BUTTER FOR 5 MINUTES OR TILL SOFT, ADD TO TUNA ALONG WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS.WHEN POTATOES ARE SOFT,SPLIT OPEN AND ADD TUNA MIXTURE; TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE AND BACON BITS. BAKE FOR APPROX 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL MIXTURE IS HOT AND BUBBLY AND CHEESE IS MELTED. SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM.
