    orange juice, calcium fortified

How to Make Tuna Salad


  1. Top salad greens with tuna, drained; tomato cut into wedges; green onions, sliced.
  2. Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Serve with
    • 1/2 whole wheat pita
    • 6 ounces calcium-fortified orange juice
