    100% egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced onion
  • 1/4 c
    chopped spinach
  • 1 c
    baby spinach
  • 1/8 c
    low fat mozzarella cheese

How to Make Tuna Patty Melt


  1. Mix tuna, egg whites, diced onion, and chopped spinach in a small bowl.
  2. Cook on stove top, medium heat, in a small pan.
  3. Place spinach on plate, place patty on spinach, sprinkle cheese on top. =) Bon apetit.
