This is one of my husbands favorite comfort foods from his childhood that I have adapted to fit our families tastes.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces wide egg noodles
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 1 can (soup can) heavy cream
- 4 slices american cheese slices
- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tuna noodle casserole

Step 1Cook egg noodles as directed adding 1 Tablespoon salt to boiling water. Combine tuna, soup, and sesoning in saucepan; bring to a boil stirring frequently, lower to a simmer and add heavy cream; DO NOT BOIL. Drain noodles mix with soup mixture and cover with cheese slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in warm oven until cheese is melted.
