  • 1 pkg
    ramien noodles, any flavor
  • 6 oz
    albacore tuna, i prefer chicken of the sea in the aluminum packages.
  • 1 Tbsp
    heavy cream

How to Make Tuna casserole for one


  1. Crunch up the ramien noodles right in the package. Pour noodles in a bowl that is big enough to add water, allow for swelling, and able to hold other ingredients.
  2. Add enough water into the bowl just to cover noodles. Put in microwave cover and cook on high three minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave. Be careful... Bowl will be hot! Add half of the seasoning packet, tuna, and cream. Mix together and enjoy!
