- 3 ounces can chow mein noodles
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 1/2 ounces can water-packed tuna
- 1/4 cup cashews nuts, salted
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tuna cashew casserole

Step 1Set aside 1/3 cup chow mein noodles. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine remaining noodles, soup, water, tuna, nuts, celery, onions,salt and pepper. Sprinkle reserved noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
