tilapia with an asian flair (microwave)
This is quick and easy (done in the microwave) and very tasty. Serve with steamed rice and broccoli. (cook rice before putting fish in microwave, as it only takes 5 minutes).

Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- FISH
- 4 - tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
How To Make tilapia with an asian flair (microwave)

Step 1SAUCE: In a small bowl, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients.

Step 2Coat a 9 x 9-inch glass baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place fillets in pan side by side and pour sauce over them, tipping pan to distribute the sauce all around. Sprinkle green onions over fish. -

Step 3Cover pan with plastic wrap (leave one corner open to vent). Microwave on high for 5 minutes. (If you microwave doesn't have a revolving plate, turn pan a quarter turn halfway through cooking time.)

Step 4Remove plastic wrap and serve, putting a little of the sauce on each fillet.
