Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound lg shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 large egg white
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup heinz ketchup
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 - scallions, thinly sliced
How To Make sweet-n-spicy stir-fry shrimp

Step 1In lg bowl, toss together shrimp, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, egg white and 1 tsp cornstarch until well coated.

Step 2In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, broth, sugar, salt & pepper. Add remaining cornstarch. Whisk well. In a wok or lg skillet, heat oil until hot.

Step 3Add shrimp mix and stir-fry over high heat until shrimp is pink. Stir in ketchup mix and simmer, stirring for 2 mins. Stir in scallions and serve.
