Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped shallots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chervil
- 3/4 stick butter, unsalted at room temp
- 12 - oysters on the half shell
How To Make stuffed oysters

Step 1Blend the shallots, parsley, and chervil well with the butter in a medium bowl. Spoon the herbed butter onto the oysters in their shell. arrange the oysters in a broiler pan. place under a hot broiler until the butter is melted and the edges of the oysters begin to curl, just a few minutes. done ummmmm
