NO RICE... my husband hates it. You use one of my other recipes, CHEESY GOAT BREAD, and shrimp.

6 medium
bell peppers, any color will work
1 lb
cooked bay shrimp
1/2 medium
onion, minced
1/2
loaf of "cheesy goat bread" (recipe at this website), finely chopped
6 Tbsp
parmesan cheese

How to Make Stuffed Bell Peppers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Core peppers and place in 13x9 baking dish.
  • 3Chop shrimp, onion, and CHEESY GOAT BREAD (recipe on this website) to the consistence you prefer. Stuff peppers.
  • 4Top each pepper with a tbsp of Parmesan cheese. Foil baking dish and bake until peppers are tender.
