stuffed bell peppers
NO RICE... my husband hates it. You use one of my other recipes, CHEESY GOAT BREAD, and shrimp.

Ingredients
- 6 medium bell peppers, any color will work
- 1 pound cooked bay shrimp
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 - loaf of "cheesy goat bread" (recipe at this website), finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed bell peppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Core peppers and place in 13x9 baking dish.

Step 3Chop shrimp, onion, and CHEESY GOAT BREAD (recipe on this website) to the consistence you prefer. Stuff peppers.

Step 4Top each pepper with a tbsp of Parmesan cheese. Foil baking dish and bake until peppers are tender.
