NO RICE... my husband hates it. You use one of my other recipes, CHEESY GOAT BREAD, and shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium bell peppers, any color will work
  • 1 pound cooked bay shrimp
  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 - loaf of "cheesy goat bread" (recipe at this website), finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese

How To Make stuffed bell peppers

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Core peppers and place in 13x9 baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Chop shrimp, onion, and CHEESY GOAT BREAD (recipe on this website) to the consistence you prefer. Stuff peppers.
  • Stuffed Bell Peppers with shrimp
    Step 4
    Top each pepper with a tbsp of Parmesan cheese. Foil baking dish and bake until peppers are tender.
