I used to serve it with rice but now that I'm trying to keep low carb I eat it as is.
How to Make Steamed Fish
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger slices, garlic and cooking sherry.
- Marinate fish for 10-30 minutes.
- If not using electric steamer, start the water boiling.
- Arrange cabbage in steamer.
- Place fish on top of cabbage and any other vegetables.
- Steam fish and vegetables for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes.
