Ingredients
- 2 packages 6.5 oz. pkgs. chunk light tuna solid pack (or 2 cans drained)
- 1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
- 2/3 cup picante sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- shredded lettuce
- 12 taco shells
How To Make spicy tex-mex tuna salad

Step 1In a bowl, combine tuna, olives, green onions, and celery.

Step 2Combine picante sauce with sour cream and cumin - mix well. Add to tuna mixture.

Step 3Toast taco shells according to pkg. instructions and let cool slightly.

Step 4To serve - line taco shells with shredded lettuce. Spoon tuna on top. Drizzle additional picante sauce over tuna. Feel free to add shredded cheese as well.
