  • 2 pkg
    6.5 oz. pkgs. chunk light tuna solid pack (or 2 cans drained)
  • 1/2 c
    ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped fine
  • 2/3 c
    picante sauce
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • ·
    shredded lettuce
  • 12
    taco shells

How to Make Spicy Tex-Mex Tuna Salad


  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, olives, green onions, and celery.
  2. Combine picante sauce with sour cream and cumin - mix well. Add to tuna mixture.
  3. Toast taco shells according to pkg. instructions and let cool slightly.
  4. To serve - line taco shells with shredded lettuce. Spoon tuna on top. Drizzle additional picante sauce over tuna. Feel free to add shredded cheese as well.
