Shrimp Kabobs Grilled with Pineapple By Freda
Everyone always has burgers, Well for a family and friends get-together, We wanted something a bit Different.
Here is what we had. These Shrimp kabobs with the Pineapple just set it off perfectly.
Served with a Garden Green salad, Corn on the Cob & Fresh vegies and dip, every one was pleasantly pleased.
Just asked us to make more, & so will you!!
GRILLED SHRIMP KABOBS WITH PINEAPPLE
36 lgshrimp (cleaned and shelled) or more as desired
MIX TOGETHER MARINATE . . . ( FOR 1 HR)
1/2 Clemon juice
1/2 Cdry white wine,
1/2 Cveg. oil
1/4 Cworchestershire sauce
1/4 Csoy sauce
3 clovesminced garlic
·salt and pepper
FRESH OR CANNED PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
·tips: add bell pepper and onion chunks, also cherry tomatoes, & mushrooms to your kabobs also.
How to Make Shrimp Kabobs Grilled with Pineapple By Freda
- Marinate Shrimp for 1 hr. in mixture.
- On skewers soaked in water for an hr,
Thread Shrimp, then pineapple alternating.
(6 shrimp 6 pineapple)
- Grill until shrimp is Cooked and is lite Pink in color. Basting with marinade as it is cooking.
SERVES 6. . . Can make more as desired.
