- 1 cup butter, unsalted
- 1/2 large bell pepper
- - 1 clove garlic peeled and chopped small
- 1 can tomato sauce
- - cajun seasioning to taste
- - parsley fresh & green onion top both chopped

Step 1Melt Butter add Yellow Onions cook a couple of min add every thing else except tomato sauce and Seafood let this cook 5 min add 3 cup water then add 1 can of tomato sauce and seafood cook 5 more min and it's ready servre Over Rice.
