if you use catfish its not called an ettouffee' its called Stewed Catfish or Couvion

1 lb
shrimp or crawfish
2 medium
onions, yellow, medium
1 c
butter, unsalted
1/2 large
bell pepper
1 clove garlic peeled and chopped small
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
cajun seasioning to taste
parsley fresh & green onion top both chopped


1Melt Butter add Yellow Onions cook a couple of min add every thing else except tomato sauce and Seafood let this cook 5 min add 3 cup water then add 1 can of tomato sauce and seafood cook 5 more min and it's ready servre Over Rice.
