1Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat shrimp with olive oil and spread on a foil lined cookie sheet that you have sprayed with Pam.
Place shrimp on cookie sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper.
Bake for 5 - 6 minutes or until shrimp is bright pink.
"DO NOT OVERBAKE" or shrimp will be tough.
2For a spicy shrimp, omit the salt and pepper and sprinkle with cajun seasonings. I use the cajun seasoning method when I make jambalaya.
3You can use this in any dish that calls for shrimp.
