Ingredients

1 small
spaghetti squash
1/2 lb
jumbo shrimp, cooked and cleaned
1 small
italian green pepper
1/2 c
chopped onion
2 clove
garlic crushed
2 tsp
old bay seasoning
1 tsp
coarse sea salt
2 Tbsp
olive oil, light

Step-By-Step

1Pierce the squash and wrap in paper towels. Microwave 9 minutes on high. Cool 2 minutes
2Saute onions, pepper chopped in olive oil. Add garlic, old bay and shrimp. Saute until vegetables are soft and shrimp is heated, usually 5 minutes
3Peel spaghetti squash out of shell into serving dish, top with Shrimp mixture. Serve
