sherry's salmon patties
I think the "Idahoan" Applewood Smoked Bacon Flavored Mashed Potatoes gives this recipe the "TAH-DAH"!! My husband does not like salamon at all, but loves this recipe. If you have some fresh-ripe tomatoes to go along with it, you have a wonderful meal! De-LISH!!

Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75) oz. red salmon, drained and flaked
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup garlic & herb seasoned dry crumbs
- 1/2 cup dry potato flakes ( i use the "idahoan" applewood smoked bacon flavored mashed potatoes.)
- 1 medium onion (white)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- - salt & pepper to taste.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make sherry's salmon patties

Step 1In a medium bowl, mix everything except the olive oil.

Step 2Form the mixture into 2 inch balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly brown. Delicious!!
