Ingredients

1 can(s)(14.75) oz. red salmon, drained and flaked

3 mediumeggs
-
1/2 cgarlic & herb seasoned dry crumbs
-
1/2 cdry potato flakes ( i use the "idahoan" applewood smoked bacon flavored mashed potatoes.)

1 mediumonion (white)
-
1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 tspdried dill weed
-
1/4 tspcelery salt
-
·salt & pepper to taste.

2 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Sherry's Salmon Patties
- In a medium bowl, mix everything except the olive oil.
- Form the mixture into 2 inch balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly brown. Delicious!!
