I think the "Idahoan" Applewood Smoked Bacon Flavored Mashed Potatoes gives this recipe the "TAH-DAH"!! My husband does not like salamon at all, but loves this recipe. If you have some fresh-ripe tomatoes to go along with it, you have a wonderful meal! De-LISH!!

(14.75) oz. red salmon, drained and flaked
3 medium
1/2 c
garlic & herb seasoned dry crumbs
1/2 c
dry potato flakes ( i use the "idahoan" applewood smoked bacon flavored mashed potatoes.)
1 medium
onion (white)
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
dried dill weed
1/4 tsp
celery salt
salt & pepper to taste.
2 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Sherry's Salmon Patties


  • 1In a medium bowl, mix everything except the olive oil.
  • 2Form the mixture into 2 inch balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 3Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly brown. Delicious!!
