Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (not salt)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon, cut into 4 filets
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon flat leafed parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 4 slices lemon

How To Make sheet pan salmon dinner

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large rimmed sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  • Step 2
    Quarter the potatoes and place in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Arrange potatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from the oven and push the potatoes to one side of the pan.
  • Step 4
    Arrange the salmon down the center of the pan and the green beans along the other edge of the pan.
  • Step 5
    Add the melted butter, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Stir to combine
  • Step 6
    Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the salmon and green beans. Gently toss the beans to coat. Place lemon slices over the salmon.
  • Step 7
    Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes more or until salmon is cooked through and potatoes and beans are tender.
