Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    curly lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb
    small shrimp, shelled & deveined
  • 1 lb
    scallops
  • 1/4 lb
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    white wine
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2
    lobsters (1 pound each)
  • 1 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    basil
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb
    mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How to Make SEAFOOD LASAGNE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven: 350 degrees....

    Cook & drain noodles. Saute shrimp & scallops in butter, wine & garlic; drain cooking liquid.

    Dice lobster meat, add to shrimp & scallops; set aside.
  2. In greased 9 x 14 inch baking dish arrange a layer of noodles.

    In a mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, herbs, & cheddar cheese; mix thoroughly.
  3. Layer half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood, & one-third of the mozzarella cheese over noodles.

    Repeat once. Top with remaining noodles, mozzarella cheese, & bread crumbs.

    Bake for 50 minutes.
