This has been past down to me from my mom... If you like seafood you will like this.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound curly lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound small shrimp, shelled & deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 - lobsters (1 pound each)
  • 1 pound ricotta cheese
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons basil
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

How To Make seafood lasagne

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven: 350 degrees.... Cook & drain noodles. Saute shrimp & scallops in butter, wine & garlic; drain cooking liquid. Dice lobster meat, add to shrimp & scallops; set aside.
  • Step 2
    In greased 9 x 14 inch baking dish arrange a layer of noodles. In a mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, herbs, & cheddar cheese; mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Layer half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood, & one-third of the mozzarella cheese over noodles. Repeat once. Top with remaining noodles, mozzarella cheese, & bread crumbs. Bake for 50 minutes.
