Ingredients

  • 2 medium basa fish fillets(or your favorite fish)
  • 8 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 5 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons mrs. dash seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 medium lemon

How To Make seafood delite

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl mix 1Tbs of Mrs. Dash & the seafood seasoning, drizzle 3tsp of olive oil over prepared fish & shrimp, now sprinkle with season mixture all over then set aside. In another dish place your asparagus & drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil along with sea salt & the other Tbs of Mrs. Dash. Spray your electric grill(george forman) or grill pan w/Pam spray and heat on med/high heat. Place your asparagus on grill & let cook about 3 minutes on each side(turning once or twice if using grill pan)til tender crisp, then set aside. Re-oil the grill then place fish & shrimp on it. Cook bout 3 mins per side for fish or til done(depending on size) & about 4 mins for the shrimp(or until they turn pink.) Place cooked asparagus on plate side by side then top with the fish & shrimp. Take your lemon & slice in half, cut a couple wedges & put aside for garnish(if desired) & juice the rest of it over the seafood & asparagus. Dinner is done, Enjoy!
