seafood delight
Hungry for some great seafood? Then you need to try this easy, tasty rice, shrimp and crab recipe. For more than 30 years I have made this and it has become my signature dish. I have shared it with coutless peoples who love it as much as I do. Most of the time I do not put in the crab meat as it is pretty expensive. Using just shrimp is wonderful in itself. I suppose you could use crawfish in the place of shrimp. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 can diced rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 3 pounds cleaned and deveined shrimp
- 2 cups fresh crabmeat, optional
- 1 1/2 cups white rice, uncooked
How To Make seafood delight

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Put butter into a large oven proof Dutch oven pot and melt in oven.

Step 3When butter is melted, remove pot from oven and add all remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well.

Step 4Cook until rice is tender, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir every 30 minutes so mixture does not stick.
