sea food egg rolls,by bob..
I came up with this while makingeggrolls. It is very good.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooke crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 1 8oz packages cream cheese at room temp.
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- - a few dashes of hot sauce
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- - oil to fry with. i use a fry daddy.

Step 1In a large mixing bowl add every thing but the egg roll wrappers. Mix together very well.

Step 2Take an egg roll wraper and put 2 teaspoons of mixture and spread evenly.. Wrap each wrapper and seal with egg wash.

Step 3I use a fry daddy to fry the egg rolls. It take from 5 to 7 minutes to fry egg rolls. remove from oil and set on a plate that has paper towls to absorb the oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce
