Ingredients

1 ccooke crab meat

1 ccooked shrimp

1 8oz pkgcream cheese at room temp.

1 smallonion diced

2 clovegarlic minced

1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
·a few dashes of hot sauce

1 pkgegg roll wrappers

·oil to fry with. i use a fry daddy.
How to Make Sea food egg rolls,By Bob..
- In a large mixing bowl add every thing but the egg roll wrappers. Mix together very well.
- Take an egg roll wraper and put 2 teaspoons of mixture and spread evenly.. Wrap each wrapper and seal with egg wash.
- I use a fry daddy to fry the egg rolls. It take from 5 to 7 minutes to fry egg rolls. remove from oil and set on a plate that has paper towls to absorb the oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce
