1In a large mixing bowl add every thing but the egg roll wrappers. Mix together very well.
2Take an egg roll wraper and put 2 teaspoons of mixture and spread evenly.. Wrap each wrapper and seal with egg wash.
3I use a fry daddy to fry the egg rolls. It take from 5 to 7 minutes to fry egg rolls. remove from oil and set on a plate that has paper towls to absorb the oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce
