Sauteed Salmon with lettuce and olives

4 ozsalmon fillet

1/4 colives - sliced

1/4 clettuce leaves - or spinach - ribboned

1 dash(es)salt and pepper, seasoning to taste

1 Tbsplemon or lime juice

1 tspfresh garlic

1/4 tspfresh basil - ribboned

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How to Make Sauteed Salmon with lettuce and olives
- Saute garlic in olive oil, add olives, basil and lettuce and cook until lettuce starts to wilt.
- Add salmon and cook until no longer pink in the middle. Add lemon juice and seasoning to taste.
- Serve with wild rice pilaf as a side.
