Super fresh tasting recipe! Grouper is such a great firm, white fish that pairs perfectly with the peach relish. Love the serrano chile with the peach. Great pairing.

Ingredients

  • 4 - black grouper fillets (6 ounce each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/3 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 - ripe peaches, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1 - serrano chile, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey

How To Make sauteed black grouper with peach relish

  • Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of the fish evenly with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add canola oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Add fish to the pan; saute 4 minutes or until golden. Turn the fish over; saute 2 minutes or until the desired degree of doneness.
  • Step 2
Combine the radishes and the next 3 ingredients (through serrano) in a small bowl. Combine remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, olive oil, juice, and honey in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  • Step 3
