Inspired by my mother.another holiday dish or just great leftover dish.IN our big family 14 there is not any leftovers,just different meals.My Dad love this recipe too.RIP. DAD.

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 c
    of leftover codfish
  • 4
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    coarse salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper or to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh finely chopped parsely

How to Make Salt cod brass- style


  1. HEAT the oil in medium skillet over medium ,high heat.ADD and thoroughly heat the leftover cool mixture.
  2. In the olive oil for about 5 minutes.ADD the beaten eggs.Season with salt and pepper,if needed.COOK eggs until eggs are done, stirring occasionally,as if cooking scrambled eggs.
  3. Boil your eggs,and then when cooled off ,slice your eggs,put it aside. PUT THE FISH on the sides of the platter the sliced eggs in the center,black olives around the fish.GARNISH with parsley and serve immediately.
