  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 - yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 - bag of frozen deveined and peeled shrimp w/tails on
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

How To Make salmon wraps w/ sauteed shrimp

  • Step 1
In a pan on medium high heat, place enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle in the paprika, onion powder snd garlic salt. Add salmon fillets on top of that and cook on each side for about 3 minutes.
  • Step 2
Turn oven on to 350 degrees, cut thawed out phyllo dough in two rectangles. In each rectangle, place a salmon fillet and overlap the phyllo on top of one another. Brush a little egg wash on top and repeat for the second fillet. Place them in a buttered baking dish at 350 degrees. Put in oven and bake for about 10 ten minutes or until golden brown crust appears.
  • Step 3
In the same pan you used to cook the salmon fillets, add the butter and yellow bell pepper into the pan and add the shrimp after 2 minutes. Lastly add in the heavy cream and cook for about 3 more minutes. Turn pan off. Once the phyllo dough is golden brown, remove from stove and cut a slit diagonally. Pour shrimp sauce over the salmon and enjoy!
