1rub fish with olive oil and sprinkle with a mix of parsley flakes, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Wrap in foil. Grill 15 minutes on each side, more if fish is thick. If flakes, it is done, moist too!
2Mix remaining ingredients and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with brown rice and a crisp romaine salad for a special treat.
Salsa is good with most any fish that needs a little extra something!
