salmon w/ dill sauce

Salmon with dill sauce is one of my favorite dinners.I served it with Roasted Potatos and steamed broccoli. I served the salmon on a bed of rice with fresh lemon wedges. Look for my recipe for roasted potatos.

Ingredients

  • 4 - salmon, skinless filet or whatever you prefer
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • DILL SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

How To Make salmon w/ dill sauce

  • Step 1
    ~SALMON~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Line Baking Sheet w/Aluminum Foil
  • Step 3
    Wash and Dry Salmon
  • Step 4
    Rub With oil,Sprinkle salt and pepper over top
  • Step 5
    Place skin side down in pan
  • Step 6
    Bake uncovered 12-15 min or until flakes with fork.
  • Step 7
    Side note: Internal temp: 140 to 145 degrees.
  • Step 8
    ~ DILL SAUCE ~ Combine all the ingredients into a medium bowl. Serve spoonful over salmon
