Salmon w/ Dill Sauce

Salmon with dill sauce is one of my favorite dinners.I served it with Roasted Potatos and steamed broccoli. I served the salmon on a bed of rice with fresh lemon wedges. Look for my recipe for roasted potatos.

  • 4
    salmon, skinless filet or whatever you prefer
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 pinch
    salt and pepper

  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • pinch
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder

How to Make Salmon w/ Dill Sauce


  1. ~SALMON~
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line Baking Sheet w/Aluminum Foil
  3. Wash and Dry Salmon
  4. Rub With oil,Sprinkle salt and pepper over top
  5. Place skin side down in pan
  6. Bake uncovered 12-15 min or until flakes with fork.
  7. Side note: Internal temp: 140 to 145 degrees.
  8. ~ DILL SAUCE ~
    Combine all the ingredients into a medium bowl.
    Serve spoonful over salmon
