- 3 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil

Step 1Cut Salmon into 4 equal pieces.

Step 2salt and pepper both sides

Step 3pan sear in butter/canola oil, 2 minutes per side. set aside

Step 4warm the Balsamic/garlic/ginger power, drizzle on top of salmon...delicioso.
