Salmon Pilaf with Green Onions

Ingredients

1 1/4 clong grain rice, uncooked

1 bunchgreen onions

1 Tbspolive oil

·pepper to taste

1 lbsalmon, skinless filet (cubed into 1 inch chunks)

1/4 cteriyaki sauce
How to Make Salmon Pilaf with Green Onions
- Prepare rice according to package instructions
- when rice is about 10 minutes to being done, heat oil in skillet (1 minute or less). Add onions and cook a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Season salmon with pepper. Add salmon to skillet and cook 7-8 minutes until opaque throughout. Remove from heat and spoon off any fat. Leave salmon/onion in skillet.
- Stir cooked rice and teriyaki sauce until blended. Check seasoning and adjust if needed. Garnish with green onions and serve.
