Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c
    long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 1 lb
    salmon, skinless filet (cubed into 1 inch chunks)
  • 1/4 c
    teriyaki sauce

How to Make Salmon Pilaf with Green Onions

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions
  2. when rice is about 10 minutes to being done, heat oil in skillet (1 minute or less). Add onions and cook a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Season salmon with pepper. Add salmon to skillet and cook 7-8 minutes until opaque throughout. Remove from heat and spoon off any fat. Leave salmon/onion in skillet.
  3. Stir cooked rice and teriyaki sauce until blended. Check seasoning and adjust if needed. Garnish with green onions and serve.
